Min for venues

For venues

We send two people who’ve never met. You’re where they meet.

Min introduces one person to one person, within a five-minute walk of both. It doesn’t give them anywhere to sit down — you do. Before Min opens in Helsinki, we’re choosing the places it suggests first.

Helsinki. Early beta in early 2027. No fee, no exclusivity, nothing to install.

What we actually do

One introduction, and then a door to walk through.

  1. Someone has a free hour

No plans, in your neighbourhood, open to company. Min is quiet until that’s true — there’s no feed to scroll and nothing to keep up with.

  2. Min makes one introduction

One person, one honest reason the two of them would get on, and a place nearby. Not a swipe, not a group of six — one name.

  3. They need somewhere to go

A first meeting between two strangers needs a room with a door on it. That is the part of this we cannot build, and the reason this page exists.

Why your corner

A table of two strangers is a good table.

Two covers, in the quiet hours

Min’s introductions happen in the gaps in a day — weekday afternoons, the flat hour before the evening. The hours you already wish were busier.

They stay a while

It’s a first conversation with somebody new. Nobody orders one coffee and leaves in eight minutes. It runs long, and long is a second round.

No discount required

We’re not sending someone hunting for a deal. We’re sending someone who has already decided to leave the house. The offer is the company, not the price.

Walking distance, by design

Min only introduces people who are already within about five minutes of each other. The people it matches near you are, by definition, your neighbours.

Where we are, honestly

We haven’t launched. There is no footfall to promise you.

Most partnership pages open with a number. Ours can’t, so it won’t. Min is pre-launch: a waitlist in the Helsinki area, an app that opens to early beta in early 2027, and a small team who have to decide which places Min suggests on the first day it works.

We’d rather make that decision with you in the room than find out afterwards that we sent two strangers somewhere with nowhere to sit. That is genuinely the whole ask: be early, and tell us what you see.

The arrangement

Small, and pointed both ways.

What you get

  • To be suggested. One of the places Min offers as a spot to meet, from the first week it’s on.
  • No fee, the whole beta. We don’t have a price because we don’t yet have proof.
  • What actually happened. How many introductions landed at your place, and how they went. Numbers and themes, never a named person.
  • A poster and your own code, so your regulars can join the waitlist from the counter.
  • A say. You’re in the room while we decide what this becomes.

What we’d ask

  • Permission to name you inside the app as a place to meet.
  • A table that works for two strangers — quiet enough to hear each other, easy to find, no booking needed.
  • Your slow hours, so Min can point people at them rather than at your Friday night.
  • Twenty minutes, now and again, to tell us what you saw from behind the counter.

Not asked: a fee, exclusivity, a discount, a booking system, a POS integration, or any change at all to how you run the place.

Straight answers

Questions we get asked first.

What does it cost?

Nothing, for the whole early beta. If Min works and we ever start charging, it will be for something measurable — people who actually walked in — and you’ll hear the number before anyone else does.

What do I have to change?

Nothing. No app on your till, no menu, no staff training, no reserved table. Two people walk in and order like anybody else. The only difference is that they met four minutes ago.

How is this different from a promoter, or a deal app?

A deal app sells your margin to somebody who was going out anyway. A promoter fills a room once. Min is trying to make one person meet one other person, repeatedly, in the neighbourhood they already live in — which means the same two people come back on their own, without us.

When does this actually start?

Early beta opens in early 2027, Helsinki area first. Between now and then we’re visiting places, walking the neighbourhoods, and working out what a good first meeting spot really looks like. That’s the part we’d like your help with.

What if nobody comes?

Then you’ve lost nothing but a conversation with us, and we’ve learned something we badly needed to know. We’d rather tell you that now than dress up a pilot as a guarantee.

Do you hand over my customers’ data, or take theirs?

No, in both directions. What someone tells Min stays on their phone; only what a single introduction needs is ever shared. You get counts and themes about meetings at your place, never a name.

Want to be one of the first rooms?

Tell us where you are and roughly when you’re quiet. If you’re in the Helsinki area we’ll come by, buy something, and talk it through in person — which is, after all, the entire point of the app.

Or answer a few questions about your place — two minutes, and it feeds straight into what we build.
